Basically, a 10km (ISH) wide chunk of rock/ice is approaching the inner solar system from far outside our solar system at 60km a second. There is no chance that it will collide with Earth. It's only the 3rd one that's even been detected. The interesting part is that the predicted path seems quite close to a optimal route that an intelligent life form would likely decide upon to scout the planets and get close to Earth with the lowest chance of being noticed. Interesting stuff.
