Due to planned network upgrades, the Ticket Office and club shop at The Valley will be closed on Monday, July 21st.
Supporters can still purchase tickets via the club’s ticketing website and at the pop-up store in Bluewater. Merchandise will also be available online and at the Bluewater site.

Before the playoff final I ordered the retro shirt and had the money refunded due to overselling. The shop were incredibly apologetic about the situation. Well today I came home from work and had received the retro of my favourite ever shirt free of charge !
Unbelievable gesture from the club ! Quality of the shirt is tremendous too, feels just like a normal shirt. If the Oscar one is anything like this il be buying that this week.33 -

Some great merch out there, ahead of the 25/26 season!
Love the Red CAFC top from the museum - wore it to the playoff final!
Cheeky plug for CAST Merch here too - https://castrustorg.etsy.com
including the new Jimmy Seed 'Charlton Athletic' line

If you love the red shirt, why not treat yourself to the white away shirt too?sammy391 said:Some great merch out there, ahead of the 25/26 season!

They've got a few returns on the 96 away shirt in the club shop if anyone still wants one. I went in to return an XL (they run a bit small) and was able to swap it for an XXL that was also returned.1

Just been in the club shop at the valley - bought a reebok top from blue water and wanted a refund / swop it for an away kit and a retro Oscar - they wouldn’t do it, have to take it back to bluewater - pain in the arse - they should be able to do that surely ?? ??2
 -

That is ridiculous, of course they should be able to.DOUCHER said:Just been in the club shop at the valley - bought a reebok top from blue water and wanted a refund / swop it for an away kit and a retro Oscar - they wouldn’t do it, have to take it back to bluewater - pain in the arse - they should be able to do that surely ?? ??1 -
Not sure they are obliged to refund/swap.Maybe it reflects the commercial arrangement for how the shop at Bluewater is costed / who gets a cut etc.1
 -
Maybe Bluewater is a different business technically2
 -
bad move if u ask me - bluewater is more convenient for a lot out of season but club shop more convenient in season - surely they should be operating as one business even if under 2 job numbers so costs / profits can be monitored - won't be buying from bluewater again, that's for sure0

What I will say though is the Oscar retro top is great - first charlton kit top I’ve bought since the viglen days I think0

I'm normally a L in a T Shirt. Got an XL and it is perfect in this shirt as L was too tight/short for me.The Red Robin said:What are the sizes like? I.e are they hugging/do I go up a size?1 -

Another couple to add to the collection.
This has been a very expensive few weeks 7 new shirts and the third kit hasn't even been announced.1 -
