Back form my hols and back on top running form, kind of. Got round Sutcliffe parkrun in one piece, skillfully avoiding the puddles and a man carrying a dog along the way. My other half and i went to the London Stadium to watch the Diamond League this afternoon where the athletic talent was a few levels above and watched a great afternoon of athletics.
Got around Charlton in the rain yesterday - rain eased just in time...
Was away for two weekends before that - did Alstervorland in Hamburg last Saturday, and the week before I did Zamek w Malborku (Malbork Castle), near Gdansk, which is a great run that'd be worth a visit even if its name didn't start with a Z.

I did Zamek w Malbork (Malbork Castle) last year and loved it. Gdansk is a real hidden gem of a European city break destination.
Did Ambleside West Vancouver Parkrun yesterday. Closest of the Vancouver parkruns to downtown Vancouver. Great course. Flat, paved and with views across water towards Stanley Park and Lions Gate Bridge. As always with Parkrun, enthusiastic and welcoming organizers and local runners. A lot of visitors from UK.
