Have to say Denmark v Poland was a good game.

Really not sure why VAR cancelled out a Danish goal that would have made it 2-2.

Looked like the striker had made sure she was on-side again before scoring.

But then again, I'm often bewildered by life, not just football.

Could have been worse, could have been the daughter of the guy that equalised against us in Euro 96. Never forget Barry Davies screaming Kuntz as the ball went in our net, at least that's what I though he screamed.

Going to have a bet that England get 7 goals or more tonight, Surely they have to play their best team as they have not qualified yet and Wales are significantly poorer especially in the keeping position.

I can't remember but is 12 subs on the bench a new thing or has that been in place for a while? (In both men and women's football)

In international tournaments your whole squad is on the bench these days

    1-0 England!!! C'mon Lionesses!

PS. No live coverage in Dpain - they're showing the France game.

It was a definite penalty from the outset.
As usual a 30 second check probably took about 4 minutes.
    1-0 to England.

and to be fair to Wales, that should have been a free kick to Wales, that was a foul by James.

Netherlands now beating France 2-1 with a pretty idiotic own goal. Does that put us top?

Netherlands need to beat France by 3 goals (it looks to me).

    2-0 England totally dominant.
Can someone tell Paddypower that Russo assisted Toone as they’re not seeing it that way according to my continuing open bet!

Toone assisted herself if you’re being very technical about it

If we’re second we play Sweden who beat Germany 4-1 so take your pick 🤷🏻‍♀️

Winning a tournament means beating the best teams?

….even Opta say Russo assisted according to their commentary on the PP website. Fuming!

No chance there, she missed the shot that was assisted by Russo I'm afraid

Probably not - it puts us in the same direction of the draw as Spain, who look unplayable right now.
