    As said above…..both full backs nowhere near fast enough. Who’d have thought they would ever hear Cascarino murdering defenders for pace.

    Thought we looked better right up to.our disallowed goal, but after that, the pressing by France seems to have destroyed our composure, the passing has got worse and worse, and France look deadly on the break. Looked like a foul in the build up to the French 2nd mind!

    Agree Bronze is past it. Carter has never been good enough but there don’t seem to be any other options at left-back

    This always looked like the group of death, three very strong teams and one that would be expected to lose all three. So looks like England vs Netherlands will be to decide who's going home.

    Not to worry anyone, but it was the Dutch who put England out of the Nations League in the run-up to the 2024 Olympics, meaning that Team GB didn't qualify.

    Regardless of the referee (and she has been shite) France have been by far the better team. They've basically shut England down, no shots on target from us says it all. 

    We looked good leading up to our disallowed goal, but we've been poor since then.

    Can’t argue with that, but it must be disheartening when the officials decisions seem to be so one sided.

    Can't argue with the result - France bossed most of that game. Can't argue with the refereeing either
    It was awful all the way through. 
    But England were very average there. Passing  and decision making were just plain poor. We had chances in that last spell to nick an equaliser, which would have been great, but France just had quality, of which we had little today.
