  • Watford played Millwall last season first game, bumped into them when we travelled to Wigan
  • When do tickets go on sale ? Sorry if it’s been mentioned previously but I can’t find it anywhere
  • Got a mate who’s a massive Watford supporter and he said they don’t have a goal scorer, so just take the lead and the match will be ours…

Not on my App they ain’t lol
  • Jones is gonna be well up for these Millwall games. Would be nice to see a Charlton side not bottle it at The Den.
Tbh, we didn't bottle it in 2019. Naby forgot to jump. I've never forgiven him.
I’m not sure what was worse, that or being ‘locked in’ at the Den, for 60 minutes after the match, people started climbing the gates, it was like an episode of Hunger games, vowed to my sons to never go back.
Ahhh.....I remember it well. Talking to the coppers by the exit gates & asking why (in the pissing rain) we werent allowed to go home like any other rightful citizen. Must see if they do the same outside a showing of Wicked in the West End....

"Now Madam, where are you off to ?  Deepest Kent you say ?  Sorry, I cant let you leave to catch your last train home". " But you sir, you can toddle off to Hampstead on the never ceasing underground"

And to add to the sorrow of seeing Naby being outjumped at the far post on 95 mins to give them the winner, and waiting in the rain for God knows how long......I came down with a cold days later followed by a cough which led to 2 doses of antibiotics. Although this was 3 months before Covid was announced I am certain someone had come back from Wuhan that day & had stood/sat next to me at the match 😡.
I was at that game, and the way we were treated, like you, I vowed I would never go to a Millwall away game again. After being kept in for an hour, the only route out of the ground was up to the station. This allowed the Millwall fans time to gather up to the station, where the polce formed a barrier, but bottles and other stuff were being thrown at us. It wasn't particularly scary, it was just so inconvenient as my car was parked about half a mile from the ground! Had to hang around for ages on the platform, before I could wander back through the deserted streets to get back to my car.

Wasn't that when they were playing catch with a policeman's hat

What are you talking about, I have seen Every Charlton victory in person in my lifetime.

it stated at The Valley with Alan Campbell scoring the winner 1-0.

ps last Millwall game I attended was when
Lee Bowyer scored at The Valley.

My first game  6th Jan 1968...
  • Last Millwall game I missed was December 1995 in the snow.

Feel free to bung me a tenner NOT to go to another one 😄.
  • Last Millwall game I missed was the one where we were 4-0 down and weren’t allowed to leave

    Lucky you
  • Most Saturday games are at 3pm which means won’t be shown on the red button or are they likely to be moved as the season progresses?

A lot of them will be moved, first batch will be confirmed soon
  • Seems like Wrexham are being given a slightly easier set of fixtures, they're getting to face Oxford City!!

rChampionship - Congratulations to Oxford city on their promotion from the national league
    West Brom abbreviated
    Millwall spelt incorrectly twice
    The wrong Oxford club
    Middlesbrough spelt correctly and incorrectly
    Ipswich and Ipswich Town
    Swansea and Swansea City
    Birmingham and Birmingham City
Only playing Bristol City once, away
Only playing Blackburn Rovers once, away
Where is that from ? Extraordinary!

Think the (England ) manager must have written it.😂

I was at the game, and for me the turning point was when Bowyer took Pratley off midway through the second half. Up to then, he was bossing the midfield, and as soon as he went off our attacking threat completely dried up. From that moment, the Spanners really started to get on top and looked the more likely side.
  • Im not 100% but Im sure the tickets are cheaper than last season just bought in WSD for £36.00 a ticket and Im sure it was more than that last season ? I might be wrong
  • Has anyone come across the fixtures diary download?

  • We're not the pushover we have been in the past, and it's Millwall or whoever that needs to be up for it because i'm sure Nathan will make sure we are...
I’m sure you lot said similar about Bowyer 😁

I certainly did … but just get the feeling that it’s gonna happen this time
