Let's be fair, most of these clubs are fully aware that they are not going to actually get the fees they are quoting and will be negotiated down to the price they actually expect.MarcusH26 said:

But similarly clubs don't want to (be seen as) flogging their best players off so we get the smoke and mirrors of these quoted fees.
If anyone started making serious moves on TC you can be sure the "public" fee put out there would be something like 3-4million but we'd have a lower acceptable price behind the scenes.0 -

They can demand that fee though because they have another 3 years left on his deal they know he’s not worth that another way of saying we don’t want to sell but if anyone is crazy enough to offer that kind of money why not.MarcusH26 said:

I’n not bothered how many likes I have (no shock there 😂) and have never given a like or a lol but I don’t see the problem in those who run this site being able to do a promote or whatever - they spend a lot of time for the benefit of all us users of the forum so if they want there own little award system, why not ?swordfish said:
