The mock up I saw had a bigger/different placket. May just be the photo
The bands coming over the sholders remind me of 90s Adidas.
It's red and it has a Charlton badge so it fulfils its function in my eyes.
It will sell well because once people see it worn by the players they will like it.
It's even out before the summer holiday season.

From far away it's red with white and black, our colours.
Up close it's a bit cluttered, but I imagine they've added the darker "splashes" to even out the white pinstripes as those alone would have made the overall kit look too light a red from afar1 -
