Possibly in the 10. But I’m not sure he is strong and scrappy enough to be in the Docherty role for us in the championship. Jones is going to want someone in there that is strong and wins duels rather than a very technically gifted player like GalbraithL0rd_M0ntagu3 said:I think wing back is more likely, could work quite well with him drifting into midfield to create an overload and then allowing Ramsay/Offiah space to overlap. Different to having Small out there but Galbraith is undoubtedly a better player4 -
Maybe the reason we weren’t willing to match what PNE were offering Small was because we have Galbraith as our number one target for that attacking RWB position - and didn’t want to make someone who might not be first team one of our highest earners.0

Not sure how much Orient think they will be able to get for a player with less than a year on his contract, ultimately it depends what other teams are willing to pay for him - if that is £1.5m then that is what he is worth.5

Orient mate thinks they're holding out for £2-3m.12

I know he's key for them but I would be surprised if they got £2m with a year left. Think £1.5m with add ons could do it.13 -

If he wasn't going into the last year of his contract they'd have a point.JoshAddick said:Orient fans in the quotes seem to think 1.3m is nowhere near enough. Responses include “that’s enough for his left leg”, “that’s not even half of what he’s worth” and “that’s such a disrespectful bid”.
Unfortunately for them, he is.8 -
Something tells me that the Club (Orient) may know the value of their player more than people sitting on a message board!4

That’s the sort of signing that if it happens would change views on what we’re looking to achieve.
Very big if though.
The sort of signing in the RD years where “we were close but couldn’t get it over the line”, which was probably due to not offering realistic fees and wages.6 -
The fact is he’s is a league one player. £1.3m is a lot for any league 1 club. He may be worth more in the grand scale of things but how long can any L1 side turn down that kind of money. They could do a lot of strengthening with thatJoshAddick said:Orient fans in the quotes seem to think 1.3m is nowhere near enough. Sky sports now reporting the Galbraith bid.17 -
Even with their new owners who are supposedly rather wealthy I don't see how you can turn down seven figures for a player in League 1 , that could fund them replacing Gailbraith and some of the loaneesSwisdom said:

If they don't sell him they won't see an offer like that for him again. That is football.2

Orient fans really don't like us anymore do they.10

Would be an unreal signing but worry with it now out there leyton will want to turn it into a bidding war
but championship football and he can stay in london must be a big pull surely🙏🏻🤞🏻7 -

Hope we can go back and get it over the line, I think he would be a great signing.1

One orient fan on their forum now thinks he's worth 5 million 🤣29

Don't tell me it's been his dream growing up in the outback to play for the Lions of Charlton?MarcusH26 said:
From Nixon, sounds like another AMB type signing when he first came over.Charlton are keen to snap up young Australian keeper Sonny Inzalaco - who has a British passport.Inzalaco, 17, is a 6ft4in shot-stopper who recently starred for the young Aussies in youth internationals in Europe. The youngster plays for Perth Red Star and is desperate to come to England to make his name.0 -

I'd give them Ahadme in exchange and really piss them off.jakecafc said:Orient fans really don't like us anymore do they.27 -
Good sign that we are bidding 7 figures, and for a player lots on her have said would be a good signing.
Year left on his contract but don't think Orient will be in a rush to sell, they can let is fragile on until the end of the windows.0 -
not if they want to properly plan and replace him with any money they get for him…DessieValley said:Good sign that we are bidding 7 figures, and for a player lots on her have said would be a good signing.
