  • A useful squad player this season, especially the last few games where he didn't let us down........ so thanks and all the best to him and I hope he finds a good berth in short order......... in fact I think he will.
  • Did he touch the ball at Wembley, of course he would have but having come on in the 68th minute I can’t recall it .
Good luck to him in the future .
4 touches of the ball apparently.

1 clearance, 1 shot blocked, 1 cross, 2 aerial duels won
  • did put effort in, particularly once jones arrived as manager but a half decent third / fourth division full back / utility player at best
  • Definitely improved under Jones, still not good enough to take the next step with us but he should command a contract at an upper L1 club with a decent salary to boot. No hard feelings, best of luck to him.
  • I liked the bloke he never let us down and hopefully he gets a great contract to continue his career
  • Put in all the effort and ability he had. Sadly wasn't enough of the latter to secure another season with us.
  • Meat and potatoes kind of player.

    Nothing more nothing less

good luck wherever he moves in to
  • One thing is for sure, he became a better player under Jones than Appleton. Way more aggressive style of play.
Im sure he’ll get another Lge 1 side quick

  • Cardiff would be a good move for Tennai especially if it's a manager that knows him 🤐🤨
  • Also he is 28 and only played play 140 games.. tells you all you need to know.
  • Never felt he was good enough, thank you for your service but happy to see you go

Watson is 28 and 140 games
Rarmani Edmonds-Green is 26 and 134 games in the League.

REG has done well at Orient and Tennai Watson could play regular at certain League 1 clubs and he shouldn't be short of offers at that level.

Charlton are now Championship and that sounds great.
  • the club announcing he is to be released suggests they have someone lined up to be first choice right back
    which should be good news
