Parkinson said on the Sky Sports highlights to NJ 'we'll be going for the same players'. I don't know how true that might be or how much we plan to spend but then nor does anyone. Therefore how can anyone make odds on this? Lumping on a few quid for us is a long shot but the bookmakers are taking a risk.
Personally though, I'd be delighted to finish the season 21st, losing 4-0 last game of the season with our rival this time not scoring a late goal to jump above us. Survival has to be the aim this time. Beat the bottom ten teams at home to get 30 points and grind out 4 away wins, and 8 draws home or away. 50 points. Job done.1 -

Parkinson is obviously going to say that though if he goes Yh we have the money to go sign the best players in the division clubs are just going to go we know you have more money give us extra if he says we’re competing in the same ballpark as Charlton other clubs may look at one of their offers and go well we can’t really rinse them for much money if they haven’t got the funds. Had a cheeky £10 on us going up this year only 5/1 but have used some of that for this coming season...
