If anybody wants the number I have just pm me, I have the bloke’s mobile too but when called cold I know he has said that the form has to be filled in first or in other words you can’t just order and pay over the phone. When I checked earlier the booking form link was broken so at the very least the guy may email you the form.0

Why is Diamond sponsoring this hospitality package. You'd think he'd have had enough of these play offs and be keeping quiet.0

Jim Diamond you mean ? Yes, he should have known better.jimmymelrose said:Why is Diamond sponsoring this hospitality package. You'd think he'd have had enough of these play offs and be keeping quiet.5 -
The only thing I think is, that Wembley get all the takings, whereas the rest goes to the EFL.jimmymelrose said:Why is Diamond sponsoring this hospitality package. You'd think he'd have had enough of these play offs and be keeping quiet.0 -
I don't like your tone, sir! That sounds like an exception, not the rule. The size chart only allowed for bags the size of A4 paper, so there's no way you could be allowed to take in 'plenty of food and plastic bottles' unless you're a Hobbit or a Borrower.StaplehurstAddick said:
I was also at non league day last week in club wembley and took a small rucksack in with plenty of food in and empty plastic bottles to use the water refill. We do this every time we go to wembley. No hassles.JiMMy 85 said:I was in Club Wembley last week for the non-league finals day. It was 7 quid for a small can of beer and 14 for a chicken burger and chips. I wasn’t allowed to take a small rucksack in and had to walk a mile to the bag drop where they charged me a tenner to leave it there.I wasn’t allowed to bring my water bottle in either and they charged 3 quid per bottle on the hottest day of the year.It really felt like the people running it have total disdain for football fans.
They also stopped my friend and it turned into a full on row as he went predictably nuts (he has a well-document problem with authority) before calling up the head of the FA, which made the security guy dig his heels in even more lol.5 -
That's a very thin bag!JiMMy 85 said:

Just got an email from them, asking me to confirm the same details that I already gave them when filling in the online form, and referring to "if successful" but at least they have acknowledged the initial enquiry. As soon as a I have a live number I'll call them. The number they used in 2019 does not work.0

Just messaged you Richard. Family were out until 3am so just woke up and hadn’t seen your message until just now. Good luck mate! 👍PragueAddick said:Just got an email from them, asking me to confirm the same details that I already gave them when filling in the online form, and referring to "if successful" but at least they have acknowledged the initial enquiry. When we did this for our last play off final, it was Budweiser or Budweiser so good luck with that. Also could not take anything in that had the word Blackpool visible, Mrs Herts had to leave her scarf at reception. Great experience thoughIdleHans said:

I was told club colours and shirts were allowed for play-off games as the bars/restaurants were segregated.
Anyone else know for certain what the position with colours is? Will be the story of my life if after splashing out for a special occasion we get turned away at the entrance!0 -
Yep, just had the same email - asking exactly the same info I'd already given them.PragueAddick said:Just got an email from them, asking me to confirm the same details that I already gave them when filling in the online form, and referring to "if successful" but at least they have acknowledged the initial enquiry. Have got my tickets already now, so fuck em. Seems to me its all vastly over-priced anyway.1 -
Can't remember what it was called but it was around £300 a pop. Worth checking I guess. The bars were separated and Lincoln had the other end of the ground. Maybe it was our reputation !Fortune 82nd Minute said:

So fair play, after sending back the request for info they've now sent me the invoice, so I am sorted.
Thanks to all in the thread, look forward to seeing some of you there.4 -

Asked the lady when booking on Friday about wearing club colours and she did confirm it would be just fine as the lounges were segregated whereas in the boxes you can’t as they are not necessarily separated.Fortune 82nd Minute said:

Yes…..I did that package in 2019…….I believe it’s considerably more than that now.🫨PragueAddick said:I've also submitted a request, but only this afternoon.
Did it in 2019 and it was very good, but as @PrincessFiona says the 13.00 KO reduces the value a fair bit. Guess we'll go without breakfast.
I've looked up my emails from then, and I only made the transaction on the Monday before that game which was also a Sunday. So I guess that's when the action will start. I see some phone number there which I'll try first thing Monday and post up here straight away if it still works.
But i am pretty sure they will have room for everybody. In 2019 the same package was £269...0 -

I’ve now submitted a request for the Diamond package. Do you know how long it takes before they contact me. My round of tickets with Charlton starts at 2pm today?0

In my experience, not that quickly.Solidgone said:I’ve now submitted a request for the Diamond package. Do you know how long it takes before they contact me. My round of tickets with Charlton starts at 2pm today?
Why not PM Pavoren007 and ask him for the number he has - see his post above.1 -
Have you spoken to your IFA about affordability & whether you might be depleting your funds unnecessarily 😉😀PragueAddick said:So fair play, after sending back the request for info they've now sent me the invoice, so I am sorted.

Submitted a request at lunchtime yesterday and again this morning, following on from email from them, and heard nothing.

Dilema - do I wait until tomorrow hoping that there are still some hospitality packages available or do i buy tickets at 2pm today?
If I bought tickets today and then hear from the hospitality tomorrow can i return the tickets?0 -
Speaking as someone who has to wait to Tuesday I’d urge you to go for it today !😉😆Solidgone said:Dilema - do I wait until tomorrow hoping that there are still some hospitality packages available or do i buy tickets at 2pm today?

All joking aside the prices referenced here do seem too heavy given the 1pm kick off.2 -
Had no idea you couldn't take a bag in! Assumed it would be searched etc but allowed in.Alwaysneil said:I dont bother taking a bag to concerts at wembley but always see people in a queue at the checkpoints arguing that their bag is small enough. Never successfully
Will have to remember to take a jacket to chuck a drink on the train, phone charger or whatever in the pocket!0 -
No idea if this number works but I was called by it when the fella rang me up to book my diamond ticket guff

Yeah but there's those two blokes on the Savings and Investments thread who are constantly reminding me to spend the stuff before its too late😂golfaddick said:

So I've paid for my package.
That was quite quick, by the look of things. When I answered their emailed request for info (see @oohaahmortimer post above) I prefaced it witha bit of special pleading, coming over specially from Prague, really old git, need to be sure so I can buy ordinary tickets instead, etc etc. This may or may not have helped. But the invoice came through a couple of hours later.
I think they create this angst deliberately, because in one of the automatic emails I got after sending back their "RFI", it says (my emphasis in bold) "Please note we are experiencing an incredible number of emails regarding the Championship Play Off Final. We will try to respond as soon as possible however please note the only way to guarantee access is the Experiences by Wembley Stadium membership" Of course its bollocks because another way to guarantee access is to pay over the top to the various resellers they have sold blocks of packages to....
So that's their game. In 2019 I had the impression our lounge was pretty full, but not 100%. If you hear nothing tomorrow, try the number Oohaah has posted up, and if that doesnt take calls, ask @Pavoren007, he has a number.
But I think in the end you'll be OK, though it's a bit edgy because you know the good seats in the seat-only sale are selling fast.1
