3 lads come over from Ireland flying from Knock, as long as they don’t knock me for the tickets.

Also flying in from Calgary with my eldest daughter (10), plus a drive down from Edmonton at the start. Making it a long weekend in London and planning some quality time with her to cushion the blow if we lose.

    Which airline/day you flying Oakster?

I'm in Spain for over a month and would fly back, but with it being bank-holiday weekend/ half-term, the flights back to Alicante on Sunday or Monday are ridiculously expensive.
My son will just have to go on his own!

Bloody awkward for me. My son is going to try and get us tickets but it also drops one weekend before my daughters wedding. I will be flying to and fro from Faro twice in short succession with all the cost implications amongst all the other organisational stuff. The wife (a fooking Palarse fan) is already dropping the daughters wedding or football bombshells.

If I was about to marry, Charlton would have won, no questions asked, but my daughters wedding, that's something else..

And I thought the playoff semis were stressful.

Flying in from Dubai, will only be in the country for about 37 hours, but it has to be done.

I would've stayed for longer but i actually have family visiting here at that time, and 2 days after they arrive here, i'm flying to Heathrow.

Came over from The Netherlands for the semi final and hoping to get tickets to the final as well.

Will then fly in early in the morning and back in the evening so in the country for approximately 12 hours.

    We’re on the same flight!
That’s amazing, what a small world. You guys can get the Charlton songs going on the WestJet, I’m sure the punters will love it!

Arrived yesterday to look after the mother-in-law for a week (in Ringwood). Wife's brother and sister-in-law don't get back from their holiday until Sunday afternoon, so they have very kindly booked a carer to come in at 8 so we can shoot off to London (as long as we get tickets). We are staying at Premier Inn, Bexleyheath, if all goes well we should be there about 10.15. We have booked early check in, but if they won't let us check in really early, we'll just have to leave the cases in the car and book in after the game. TFL journey planner says we should be able to get to Wembley just before 12 if we can leave by 10.45... 🤞

...I'm having to fly in from Manchester. The trains over the Bank Holiday are running slower services and take 4 hours direct, and I can't come down the day before, meaning I'd not get into London until just before 12. Not worth the risk of delays!

My son has the same issue with the trains on the day so will be travelling the day before.
There is a coach from Manchester Chorlton St to Golders Green that departs around 5am ish and is about £13, takes about 5 hours. Golders Green to Wembley is only a short hop then train it home?

Yep, I’m on the slow train the day before and coming back on the Monday.
