7.15? They definitely trying to get people in early to avoid congestion?3

That’s good, although there’s a rather obvious absentee.13

Keep out of spitting distance from Miller ! 😉0

Yes Garth Crooks……Airman Brown said:That’s good, although there’s a rather obvious absentee.4 -
Nice one, looking forward to this. I called Shirtliff but we've got everyone but, ha! I wonder if there'll be some '98 and '19 coming out for a later encore.
Worked well vs Huddersfield, having some legends coming out.1 -

Mr Shirtliff obviously didn't fancy a midweek trip down south.0

What a battle they had to endure.
I was at the 'home' game at Selhurst, and I've never felt more intimidated by the Leeds fans. The Arthur Waite stand shook with the noise they made. They were everywhere. Getting the win was immense!
Walking back to the station, and people started saying Leeds had been let out the ground, and we just started running for our lives!
Brilliant memories.13 -

Crooks, Shirtliff and Peake were all invited but couldn't make it. Don't think they were able to reach Stuart.Airman Brown said:That’s good, although there’s a rather obvious absentee.5 -
A shame it's so early. Are they really expecting people to be in their seats 45 minutes before kickoff?Curb_It said:7.15? They definitely trying to get people in early to avoid congestion?5 -
Probably a stupid question and I am sure I know the answer, but, if I want to applaud these legends from my seat, can I take my beer ?3

Walsh runs over it. It's now left for Peake.
As if it were yesterday!3 -
Probably if your still in the fans bar in the Covered End!0

I’m off to YouTube now to watch it again!!3

Not officially, but the stewards we employ there is always a good chance you can get the beer past themsunbury-addick said:Probably a stupid question and I am sure I know the answer, but, if I want to applaud these legends from my seat, can I take my beer ?2 -

Feels too early to be effective9

I never understand why they do these sort of presentations to the crowd when most people aren't there. Indeed the whole point of the Fanzone and the Fan's Bar is to get people to arrive early but NOT go to their seat.AFKABartram said:Feels too early to be effective

Think the fans who went to Birmingham should also be paraded - wonder how many of us are left or could prove we were there13

Think this time the idea is to get you to your seat, especially with the fan zone and fans bar closing only 15 mins afterkillerandflash said:

That's surprising.se9addick said:Bob Bolder paraded around the pitch during the Burton match!
Mr Bolder always seems such a shy and retiring chap ...3 -
Stupid planning it for 7.15pm.
I'll be surprised if there's 5,000 in their seats by then.
7.30pm earliest would have been more sensible and encourage fans to be in by then.5 -
As we were leaving the ground a Birmingham steward shouted 'run for your lives'. In all honesty, I can't recall a nastier atmosphere at any game than that generated by the Leeds fans. I have held a strong dislike for the club ever since.7

Depends what else they are planning if anything?Covered End said:Stupid planning it for 7.15pm.
