    This is beyond a joke. Karma for silently laughing at the oldies yesterday trying to get their tickets...What a shitty booking system we have.

    Oh no thought that might do the trick. I'm guessing you're trying the phone too but sticking with online I'd stay with the fan ID and try clearing your history/cache and maybe reset your password...... fingers crossed for you....
    i give up, ive tried in chrome , safari and on my phone, cleard cache and still get this damn error
    guess it will be vpn and night at home

    Got the confirmation email fairly promptly but the links to the tickets just say they’re not generated yet….

    For those with issues logging in, it's definitely an issue club side as I've been able to successfully and unsuccessfully log in at various points since 11am. Either way, it seems impossible to actually buy a ticket. Lots of my friends finding the same issues

    Went through Safari and it worked...... got my tickets...... but cant access them or get them added to Apple Wallet. So whilst I have purchased them, I havent a clue where said tickets are or how to get them.

    The problem was - seats showed as available, so you’d click on them but then if someone took them into their basket at same time, it prevented you from proceeding. Once you refreshed the page, those seats would disappear - took me a while to figure out and I missed out on better seats but eventually got my 4 in some random place in the West Stand. 

    The tickets seem to have gone a lot quicker this time than the Doncaster game - I got mine days later and very easily, if I remember rightly. 

    I reckon a lot will be available tomorrow morning again due to ST withheld debacle but I’m not risking that!

    Chrome was the issue for me , changed to safari and got in eventually.

    I did the same and still haven't had email, can't add them to my apple wallet either so just waiting for them to disappear altogether now  :/

    Not sure that's the case, I think seats may be getting blocked as people try to buy them and then the system isn't freeing them up when no one can complete the purchase.

    Finally managed to buy 5 tickets together using my phone. Would recommend anyone having issues to use their phone. Initially started on my laptop and used different browsers, kept getting an error message once through the queue. 5 tickets in East stand block B, so not ideal location, but glad to get them

    Has anyone else not had their tickets sent to them, or cant add them to wallet? I have a transaction number and my tickets on my profile but havent a clue where my tickets are?

    Started another new queue on my phone, only 600 odd, so the thousands on earlier have either bought tickets or given up.

    I got through smoothly on my phone as well. Covered End was sold out so went East Stand.

    I remember back in 1998 when the ground was a load smaller, and tonnes of people I knew from school managed to get tickets for the Ipswich Semi Final, not to mention Wembley. It seemed easy looking back.

    Crikey all those buying east stand seats means i will have to drink less pre-match beer so i dont disturb too many people now packed in our row. Nearly all season there are just 3 of us sat in a row of 14 seats.

    Thanks for this. Was trying Chrome and Edge on the PC (easier to see with my eyes) and getting no-where.
    Switched to Safari on the phone harder and now have tickets. Wish I'd known earlier.

    Yeah got my email confirmation with links to all my tickets but it keeps giving me a "Your Pass Hasn't Been Generated Yet" message
