I can select tickets and add to basket but then it stops - frustrating0

Because I'm sensible and wouldn't do that. I'd only ever take one of my Charlton relatives or friends to a game who goes a significant amount of games. Which was my point, it should be assigned to a Charlton fan on the site.
No chance. Like absolutely zero. There's a reason the tiers are set at the level they are. It isn't guess work.

Would be useful if the club put out an update stating the number of tickets sold at the end of each phase6

Thanks. Problem is presumably we'll lose out places in the queue as only allowed 10 minutes to do thePavoren007 said:
Yep, that has now happened to me too. System buckling under demand perhaps. Have emailed the ticket office so hope they pick up but may not be working of course.Croydon said:
Am sure that will be the case0 -
I know but the article clearly gave dates and times you could collect but when purchasing, it only gives post as an option.NorthheathAddick said:
It shut until 2 days before game…,& trying to call them, well…🤨Belv said:Anyone had any success in trying to collect from the valley?

It's not letting me go past the "add to basket" stage for Wycombe away tickets. I'm in Phase One so it lets me in but won't proceed any further. Frustrating.grumpyaddick said:Can't sign in or add to basket. Is it only open to mega loyalty points ??0 -
You’re grossly overestimating the amount of people that fall into that category.Braziliance said:

As I thought My 10 mins has expired & unable to get a new queue time !0

It might be easier buying tickets in the home areas.1

Gents, 1848 allocation, we surely have 924 Charlton fans with 620 points and Valley gold? Be very surprised if we don't.Croydon said:Braziliance said:

There won’t even be close to 900 people with 600+ points, let alone with VG on topBraziliance said:Belv said:

My phase 1 mate couldn't get in on ipad as error message.
Then got in selected all the valid tickets but couldn't get to checkout.
He's now speaking to the ticket office on the phone

OK, I tried logging in with a device I do not ordinarily use to buy tickets/log into my account and managed to get in within 1 minute and purchase the tickets with no issues. For those struggling with their usual log in device may be worth trying the same. Good luck all!3

I reckon I'll get some first leg tickets on phase 5 at this rate 😂0

I must admit I always thought it had been 6 months historically, but maybe wrong. I would be interested to know how many joined recently.NabySarr said:That Valley Gold cut off date is a bit of a piss take. So you could have bought it last week and jumped the queue? I’m phase 2 so will get mine anyway but I really think that should be at least having had valley gold for 3 months rather than a week0 -
Genius, this worked. Used my work phone and non chrome browser and in with no issues.Pavoren007 said:OK, I tried logging in with a device I do not ordinarily use to buy tickets/log into my account and managed to get in within 1 minute and purchase the tickets with no issues. Maybe try different options such as try on a different device (suggested above) and ring the ticket office at the same time.
I'm awaiting clarification from my mate.0 -
Thanks , guys. I can barely use ONE device though !0

I think I've bought them, but haven't received any email confirmation, just have a screenshot0

This suggested there were over 700 people ahead of me in the queue at 11:00am! Not sure if it was just one queue for home and away tickets, or just away tickets. Either way, an impressive number quick of the starting blocks.
Managed to book my away ticket at the estimated time with no problems - although there was no option to collect. Appreciate that’s not everyone’s experience though.
