I don't think chrome works. I'm on a Mac, initially on chrome had the same issue with a greyed out add to basket but then tried on safari and it works0

Just got two with ease. Whole Covered End is greyed so went with East Stand.0

Seems like Chrome might be the issue as I had a Safari tab open and it looks to work fine. Would advise those having an issue to try another browser or use your phone1

Depends how many in the queue - I believe (could be wrong) that most telephone queuing systems have a finite number they will hold at any one time.3 -

I had the same problems as others on my laptop, but managed to get some through my phone via the app. The problem seems to be the system doesn't like you not being signed into your account before selecting tickets - it signs you in automatically via the app but wont let you sign in via browser. Complete joke.0

Oh no thought that might do the trick. I'm guessing you're trying the phone too but sticking with online I'd stay with the fan ID and try clearing your history/cache and maybe reset your password...... fingers crossed for you....addickinstoke said:

Queued for 25 minutes, kept getting ‘something went wrong’ when trying to log in. Reset password twice and got the same error.
Even browsing the site is fucked. Click on a block, seat map doesn’t load, use choose for me and it just hangs.
Can’t be fucked with it any longer. Guess it’s Charlton TV for me.0 -

Not surprised that systems overwhelmed, but frustrating nevertheless.
Website via chrome doesn't work.
Went through on my phone and queue was very short and after rejecting payment first time went through on the second attempt.
