Five years ago would have been all over Rory to win this, but just gone right off him since the whole LIV stuff.

He was one of the main people to oppose LIV.

Gonna be absolutely epic. I cannot wait. There’s gonna be plenty of twist and turns. Rory literally has to play every shot like it’s his last if he’s to win.
If he plays every shot with his putter, I don't fancy his chances much.
Can probably drive 300 yards with his putter
Then miss a five foot put

    ... with his driver.

Harry needs to have a word with him!

See what you mean. All that standing up for your principles as opposed to taking nearly a billion dollars worth of cynical, divisive Saudi money. Dreadful behaviour from McIlroy.
  • Would love McIlroy to win tonight...
  • DeChambeau is one of the many golfers who joined the LIV tour because they loved the concept. 👍👍
  • Aberg doing well again at the Masters.

Ridiculous that Sky are showing chat for 25 minutes when they should be showing golf.

Iv'e laid ( Bet against)  McIlroy on Betfair at 1.60 . He's blown leads plenty of times in the past and it wouldn't surprise me if the pressure of winning his first Masters is too much for him.

Pretty sure it’s not their choice, some strange rules around what can / can’t be shown at the masters.

Rorys had a stinker of a start

It was all the wailing and crying about being loyal to the tour and shouldn’t leave for the money.
Like how he moved from the European tour to America for the money

If he starts strong he normally finishes strong.
    If he starts bad .........

I think he had more concern about the integrity of the tours. LIV ultimately just wanted to undermine the game.

That’s more like it. Maybe he’s got the maturity to cope with an early setback now?
