Although not a lifer i know some of Daves mates are on here.
Dave was taken into a hospice last week and his mum has had a fall and is in hospital.
So there is no one at home if anyone drops in to see him.

I don't know Dave or his Mum, but I hope they are getting the best possible care and that things turn out as good as they possibly can.17

Unfortunately Dave passed away from cancer but a proper CAFC funeral was had this afternoon.

He started going about 1964 and was regular on Lewis coaches for aways.
One thing i always remember is me and my brother trying to drag him over the wall when we used to bunk in.1 -
