I am going to say something controversial here. He was excellent for us but if you played only 2.5 years for us and the most you scored in a season as a center forward was 12, you should remembered fondly but shouldn’t be considered a club legend
I can only assume that you never saw him play or you had a cataract in both eyes.

I think you need to give yourself a ban from CL for a week or so, until you realise how ridiculous this post is.
Yann is way beyond a player you think back of fondly.
Yann Kermogant was in my opinion one of the best players to wear a Charlton shirt in the 65 years I have been following the team. He is also a first class individual who made financial sacrifices to make his move from Leicester City to Charlton possible. His attitude was always first class and he was the key player in the 2011/12 L1 championship winning team with a record 101 points total. He certainly didn’t deserve to leave the club in the way he did and I am sure he will get the ovation he deserves when he returns to The Valley this Saturday.
Can we ask him to bring his boots and stick around for the rest of the season?
no for old times sake, we should follow the example set by our beloved and munificent Belgian ex-owners and tell him to F@ck @ff out of it. Make him feel right at home that would.

If only we had a Yann Kermorgant now :-( Sadly due to family illness I'm not able to get to The Valley much these days, did he get a great ovation Saturday ?
