  • Slightly stodgy looking side that, it does feel odd to replace TC with Anderson rather than someone more attacking, especially for a home game when we will have a lot of the ball

I can't work out what our formation will be, as none of the midfielders can play the TC role.

Very different team without the pace of TC and the heading power of Jones.
Agree with what others have said; secure the play offs and get the injured players back.
If 2nd happens then all good but focus on ourselves.

Could be the moment Ahadme steps up. (lols incoming)

    Maybe, the OS says different.

One of the midfielders may join Matty Godden up front if the Addicks are to stick with the 3-5-2 formation used in recent months.

  • Is Kanu injured?
Seems like you're the only person on the planet who never knew 😉

In which case you'd expect a rotation of Berry and Dochers alongside/just behind Godders.

I don't quite see Karoy as a centre-half-forward, even for five minutes ... he'd be best utilised at the base of the midfield to do the dirty, scrappy stuff and let ConCov etc ping the ball about.

Karoy will do the same dirty scrappy stuff, just much further up the pitch - he'll do that high press.

We largely stopped Huddersfield playing by stopping them getting out of their defence.

    “Con Cov”.

Anderson will be high up, I am sure .  I agree - I can’t see it working .
  • Massive queues to get in the Upper Covered End at 2:50, was there a problem?

There are no queues to get in the Curbs stand .

So Yann the Man comes onto the pitch, and what do we see, Bloody Sky crap!!!

No queue at 1:35 when I got in ...
  • Here come the players ...

  • Two very different sides from the reverse fixture compared to today.

Red = Started the 0-0 at Sincil Bank
Blue = Came off the bench for the 0-0
  • Don't want to throw in the towel just yet on 2nd, but third is def up for grabs, that would be great...
We could get to third today if we win by 10.
  • Today's fashion update:

Charlton in red shirts (yay!), white shorts, red socks.

Lincoln in white shirts, black shorts, white socks.

  • One benefit, is that Nathan Jones will be very aware of James Collins up top for Lincoln today.

McGrandles starts for them, Hackett on the bench
  • Very busy in the covered end upper
  • Lincoln to kick off, we're kicking the right way first half.
  • Kick Off, kicking the right way as well...COYR
  • Exeter 0-1 Stockpot
  • Looks like Anderson is playing a similar position to TC.
  • Barnsley already down to ten men at Birmingham
  • Maybe we’ll convert Anderson into a striker too…

Barnsley down to 10 men after three minutes against Birmingham
