Already booked accommodation in Chester (sooooo much nicer than Wrexham) for Friday and Saturday so hopefully covered most options - surely they wouldn’t move it to the Monday???
I am worried it will be the Thursday game.
I've not seen any League 1 games moved to a Thursday. Theres been 1 or 2 League 2 games that have moved to that slot but virtually all EFL games have been at 12.30 on the Saturday.
Whilst I admit not a huge amount of League 1 moved Wrexham have been moved to a Thursday twice for SKY coverage.
My thoughts are if SKY think there may be a chance of showing Hollywood Wrexham get promoted in a standalone game and have a leading story for a day or so they will take it.
As we know there is no consideration for the fans.
It's a ridiculous situation. If nothing else they need to increase the notice given . Surely Sky internally will have decided whether to move our Wrexham or not.
Agreed I am hoping if on TV it’s the Saturday at 12:30. You never know they may not pick it like Orient but I think most of us are expecting it to be on.
SKY have a notice period which I agree isn’t long enough it should be a couple of months or 6 weeks at least.
The clubs just see £ signs to agree, we the fans are an afterthought. We will still turn up though whenever it is……..
Doubt the Wexham game will be moved to Thursday as everybody is playing on Easter Monday.
That won't stop Sky if they want to switch it.
I think Stevenage v Birmingham is scheduled for that night.
It is but I'm not sure if that's been switched for Sky coverage.
Was due to the international break but shows that games can be played Monday then Thursday. Expect Sky will pick the Brum game anyway and we’ll be 12:30 on the original date
It's clear the faithful acknowledge the importance of the size of the "12th man" at these crucial matches come thick & fast.
Well done all those who'll be dining on bread & cheese/beans on toast/egg & chips for the foreseeable future to compensate for the travel & tickets cost.

It's what we do....
It's a good point to make. I have done exactly that this week; eaten cheese on toast for lunch as I've shelled out for Cambridge, Mansfield and Wycombe tickets. And I'm taking the slower,.cheaper train to Posh tomorrow to save a few quid more.
I am happy to make these sacrifices as it all feels so good knowing I have done so. Following Charlton is my number one way to spend my free time and money and doing without other niceties is no biggie.
We've been lucky it's a decent amount of localish away games for the run in (bar Mansfield and Wrexham).
it would have been interesting to see if the demand for tickets would have been as high if we swapped Wycombe & Cambridge with Barnsley & Bolton (granted both have much bigger away allocations)

A friend who doesn’t post on here left it too late and needs 2 tickets if anyone has any spare. If so please message me and I’ll put you in direct contact. Cheers. SB
