1986 visiting my nan in Greenock Scotland.
Me and my bruv in our England kits for the world cup imagine.
It kicked off and I got a brick thrown in my head still have the scar.
Loveable bunch who'll claim some moral high ground about the behaviour of English fans abroad!

The view driving from Glasgow to Greenock has to be one of the best in the world, spectacular. Cappielow is also a great ground

Cappielow is one of the best grounds I've visited. Turns out I was there six years ago to the day. It was like a Panini sticker album ground from the 1980s. So evocative. And to complete the '80s throwback feel the locals had a tear up with Falkirk afterwards.
I've stood in the cow shed against Queens Of The South.
    Was it a mooving experience?
Was decent, far less beef between the fans than at English games where it can be udder chaos as they herd you out. Ground also reminded me of pasture times with the terracing. My mate's dad was in the wee Dublin end and said bison as he bid us ado. Did seem that he was trying to milk it with all the puns.
Was it a big game with a lot at steak?

    I beg your pardon?

Big night tonight for Celtic fans with Rangers playing in the legit knock out stages of Europe. Expect some hilarious puns about Turkish delights at full time and laughter from people who apparently don't care about Scottish football.

Edin Dzeko is still playing for Fenerbahce at the age of 38.

I wish the Rangers that play in European competitions could also play in the SPL.

The only British team to win in the first leg of the Europa League. Very impressive.

Very strange side. Lose to the likes of Motherwell, St Mirren and Queen's Park then win away to Betis, Nice and Fenerbahce. The only consistent thing about this 24-25 Rangers side is their inconsistency.

    One step closer the treble.

Let's hope we avoid Rangers in the semi-final draw.

Not quite the Scottish cup, but another European quarter-final for Rangers.

Fourth defeat in a row at home. Must be a record?

Good to see away fans at this fixture , madness as ever and a late winner to boot with limbs in the away end

Also quite amusing to see Cerny giving some Celtic fans a nice wash after Igamane's winner.

Well done Rangers, held their nerve after losing a two nil lead.

Have now beaten Celtic twice in the league but still trail them by 13 points.  Clement was, from an Ibrox perspective, clearly kept on too long but is Fergusson the man or another manager who starts well and then falls away.

As for Celtic they will win the league and maybe the treble but it will be harder next season unless they recruit well.  The money is there and need to be spent wisely or else Rangers will be breathing down their necks next season.

I‘m sceptical that Ferguson is the man for the job in the long term, but he’s steadying the ship a bit after Clement.

As for today’s match, it was nice to be on the winning end of a late goal at Celtic Park for once! Rangers played really well in the first half but the exertion of Thursday night started to tell in the second half. I definitely expected Celtic to go on and get the winning goal once it got to 2-2 so was thrilled with the final outcome!

I personally hope Rangers put everything behind Ferguson on a long term deal. I’m sure it’ll end well.

On a serious note, I mentioned previously how I felt Celtic’s lack of recruitment in Jan was an issue and too many are too comfortable due to the lack of serious competition for their places.

Is he though? I'm not sure they're that much different than they were under Clement. He's been in charge for 5 games and they lost 2 of them.

Rangers are always capable of producing in a big game but are still very inconsistent. I feel like they tend to fare better when the pressure is off. Away to Fenerbahce, not many expecting a result, they go there and win. At home to Fenerbahce with 50k fans expecting them to progress, they crumble and scrape through on pens. Away to Celtic, title already done, no one really giving them a prayer, they go there and win.

    Just the one.
