                    For ten years Charlton Athletic Supporters Trust has conducted an annual survey to find out about supporters' attitudes towards the club with particular reference to season ticket intentions. This is the 2025 survey. It is open to all Charlton supporters and we will share the outcomes with the club.
Please tell us what you think.

            @castrust
 Just for future reference, from a surveying point of view, when giving graded options, it’s a better model to also have a middle ground option like ‘neither agree nor disagree’. As it stands, only having strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree means there’s no option to say you only agree in part and some of the questions are difficult to say you fully agree or disagree.
 I know there’s a ‘Don’t know’ option too, but sometimes that’s not an appropriate alternative either.Cheers.8

 Appreciate where you’re coming from and always open to constructive feedback. For several years now CAST has taken the deliberate approach to encourage an answer - either positive or negative/ agree or disagree. Understand this sometimes causes a pause for thought - helpfully it also avoids splinters from sitting on the fence 😉lordromford said:@castrust

            Might it be worth including fans that do not go to watch Charlton but watch all the matches home/away on Charlton TV? Including their reasons why eg, live abroad, travel or work commitments etc? Use of VPN?
 I’m certainly in the bracket of rarely attending matches now but the survey ignores my financial contribution to Charlton [via Charlton TV] throughout the season as I rarely miss a match home or away (and prefer to pay and watch Charlton TV than the Sky production). I’m sure with how football matches are available to watch by streaming this information could help bring back our own production in the future?3

 id imagine thats a dodgey question to ask, considering there is what i expect is a large number of those who watch on dodgey streams - and the number of those returned as 'charlton tv viewers' would be at total odds with the clubs official usersSolidgone said:Might it be worth including fans that do not go to watch Charlton but watch all the matches home/away on Charlton TV? I understand the apprehension behind these questions but the genie is out of the bottle and it wont be going away. I’m sure one of our sponsors NordVPN would be interested unless they have their ways and means to find out. I just feel that there might be a sizeable chunk of charlton fans that are being ignored especially our fans from abroad. Anyway, only a suggestion for CAST to consider even if it was a discreet survey.19addickted96 said:

 It’s a valid point - noted. The club will have their own figures re streaming via Charlton TV.Solidgone said:

 Similar. I said "Awakening". Perhaps just a little bit more optimistic.theroofisonfire said:What "one word" description did people use for Charlton? I went with a hyphenated "sleeping-giant".1
