    Would recommend The Leyton Star (16 minute walk/10 min bus), or the Hare and Hounds is next to the park that borders the ground (24 minute walk/ 18min bus) to the stadium. Travel to Lea Bridge Station to go to the Hare and Hounds.

    According to my Orient mate the Leyton Engineer is the away pub and also a bar/restaurant called Kapture near the ground

    Only definite no in the coach and horses

    I know nothing of this place, but that name infers that it’s absolutely shocking.

    was advised by the Engineer they are home fans only. :Leyton Star said away fans are fine

    In the 80's I used to go to Orient once a season, they had a fantastic supporters bar underneath the away end seats.

    The good old days, sadly long gone.

    Most pubs in Leyton are home fans only these days. Pretty sure Leyton Star is home fans only too.

    The Red Lion on Leytonstone High road is a nice pub and a weatherspoons just up the road across from McDonalds. Leytonstone one stop on from Leyton.
