Great start for Spurs. Concede in 1 minute 42 seconds. Absolute shocker from Kinsky the keeper

Pretty sure it went in before a minute was even up.

I’m just grateful we’ve been spared non stop talk of Liverpool doing the quadruple.

Spurs should never have parted company with Christian Gross.

I think that's 9 PL sides (if you count Spurs) who will be out already, with Palace and Forest still to play. And given City and United's current struggles it's a great chance for a club outside the big 6 to win it this year.*

*see you all in May for a third straight Manchester derby final.

Obviously he should've saved it but the amount of goals Spurs concede because Porro has lost his man is ridiculous. He's an absolute liability defensively.

If we end up with a Palace vs Millwall final, I'm emigrating!
  • Spurs are an absolute mess defensively, Villa could easily be 3 up by now.

Gomez and Konsa both injured on the same afternoon.

The Charlton injury curse has now been passed on to our exes.

Spot on. Stupidly, I took the time from the replay of the shot. It was actually 57 seconds when it crossed the line.

  • Unless he had an injury i really don't get why Ange took Moore off. To me he looked the Spurs player most likely to do something.

    2-0  Probably game over

I really feel like this is Ange's last game.  The only thing saving their season was the cups, but after 2 cup defeats in a week, I think he's done if they lose this

Don’t know how anyone can relax or cheer a good team going out of the cup when the scum and palace are in it
just the pure vomit inducingness of either of them in the 1/4, semi or finals is beyond horrific .
I know it’s the bigger picture and plenty of our fans can’t see beyond the end of their nose or care but for me it’s all bad news until them cnuts are out of the competition.

100% this. Loads of mediocrity left in the draw. You can guarantee that at least one of them's gonna get  drawn at home to Plymouth/Preston/Ipswich.

Palace have taken points off all the supposedly bigger clubs left in the draw this season. The big clubs left in it can't be relied on at all this season, and all of them have got bigger fish to fry. Palace and Millwall can prioritise the cup. It's a major concern, particularly as both of them, particularly Palace, are unpleasantly competent at the moment.

Just watching the BBC highlights, not one team introduced so far that hasn’t made multiple changes, Newcastle 8 changes, Man City 10 changes and Leeds 10 changes etc etc.

I suspect today’s games had a lot of changes as well

The FA Cup is a joke now

Brighton charged £25 for their game against Chelsea yesterday and still had 6000 empty seats. For Brighton, aside from a "derby" against Palace, that's about the most attractive draw they could have got. But fans know their clubs don't really care about the cup anymore - why bother going to a game knowing that your team isn't desperate to win it and the manager probably sees it as an inconvenience.

And the less relevant it becomes, the more the media people desperately waffle on about the magic of the cup. It's a shame. Football has completely sold it's soul in this country.

Yet the Premier League teams demanded the removal of replays because their players were playing too many games...

Seems like they've found a resolution to that themselves then, they just managed to con the FA in the process

That's the big frustration about our PL period, the dismal performances in cup competitions. Not reaching a semi final since 1947 is awful.

Comparable teams to us HAVE reached finals. Wigan and Pompey winning the FA Cup, that extraordinary final of the EFL Cup where Swansea beat Bradford.
