Gone full Charlton-style round the bottom of the tree.29 -

We're away for Christmas and New Year so this is as good as it gets. The manual labour was all undertaken by my 3 year old daughter, but the money saving idea was all mine.22 -
Mr Tatters made it out of wood and bunged some lights on.

It’s in the sun room this year as we’ve got company this Christmas so need the full dining table.9 -
If the tree is too big to get a star or an angel on top, surely a Tommy Cooper hat is a perfect substitute?

Not my tree but this is one of two on the quayside at Wells:

The "tree" is made out of crab and lobster pots with ship fenders being used as "baubles". A number of them have got names written on them with years; I recognised a couple of them as being old lifeboats (presumably with years of service) so they might all have been.

Ms Panda insists on a Christmas decoration from everywhere I/we go so it has momentos from every continent plus a Hollywood star at the top. We also have a decoration with each of ours pets' names on, past and present.

Besides being dragged around gift shops my main involvement is to coax the cat into attacking it, the more expensive the decoration the better.
