Charlton Athletic are pleased to announce that Anthony Hayes, Hamza Serrar, Rhys Williams and David Chatwin have all been given new roles in staffing changes within the club’s academy structure.

It's very interesting, is the the result of the full review Roddy was carrying out or an older piece of work?
It doesn't sound like a restructure, more a filling of existing vacancies? Not that that's a bad thing, it obviously works.0 -
Dave Chatwin was working out in Qatar for a while, he followed Mick Browne over here when he left the academy years ago, nice guy and a good coach. Good luck to him.0
