Dixon has been forced on Jones, it’s entirely driven by Methven’s ego. If we were free flowing and pacey in attack I’d say let’s give Dixon much more time but our attacking is absolutely woeful and crying out for some electric pace which we know Dixon has in his locker. It’s purely down to the stubbornness of Jones that he isolates some players and favours others despite the evidence that things arnt working and need changing. I’ve completely lost faith and patience with Jones. 4 very well taken goals there , I know it's against an Isthmian Prem side and he won't get that kind of time at League 1 level but I'd have him on the bench Saturday definitely.8

We get 9 subs on Saturday, Dixon will definitely make the bench. Whatever way you look at it, his first goal last night was absolutely class.11
