What a sweetheart, wish him all the best with settling in! I'm sure Tracey will make it as a smooth as it could possibly be. Hope we see big things from young Kaheim!

I might be wrong here, but I think he might be the first Kaheim we've signed...

Really looking forward to the video of the Jamaican guy @Callumcafc found reacting to this. How long can he ramble on for?

He has signed a four-year deal with the club and becomes Nathan Jones' eighth signing of the summer.

“I’m very happy to be here,” Dixon beamed. “My first opportunity to go professional is to be at the Addicks. It’s been very good to see Karoy [Anderson], another teammate from my country. I can’t wait to start playing with him!”

Manager Nathan Jones said: “Kaheim is a young, exciting talent that we have been keeping an eye on for several months, watching his progress and how he has done in the Jamaican national team alongside Karoy. We’re looking forward to working with him, developing him and making him a better player."

Where's Kenneth Williams when you need him?

Don't want to put too much pressure on a very young lad whose moved abroad for the first time... BUT... If reports are right and he can live up to the hype then he could bring the spark and magic that turns the team from solid and functional into a proper force of contention.

This feels a very Peterborough style signing. Probably why I have such high hopes.

Exciting signing, looking forward to seeing him play. A four year deal shows the club rate him highly, someone they really see progressing rather than a punt.

Hope to see more “out the box” signings like this.

First outfield player to wear 13 since our best midfielder in the EPL era?
Abankwah wore it last season, surprising it wasn't retired really.

its an experiment and a seemingly good one,  kaheim got 32 goals for his college team
Yeah, much better than the 23 scored by  League One's golden boot winner eh  🙄

Not sure what yo think of this. I thought we had moved away from signing non league players like Chris Dickson.
Or like Nick Pope, Joe Aribo and Lucas Ness, players who actually contributed to our first team and/or were sold for a profit.

Christ, he looks young, I hope the Truant Officer doesn't come knocking.

    Striker or winger?
Winger primarily from the little information esn't available but suspect he'll be shifted to a striker in a similar way to TC
Hope not. Desperate for a winger who can cross a ball, if of course Nathan lets him.

I would imagine so, although who could forget Karim Bagheri. Big hype, 1 appearance
