Devante Cole let go (end of contract) by Barnsley .. perhaps he wants too much money to renew .. he's got to be an improvement over some of our recent striker signings .. he's 29 so needs a good deal for his next contract .. I think he'll be in demand from a lot L1 clubs, I'd love him playing for us, a great foil for Alfie May1

Another very good signing for Rotherham and sounds like they’re close to signing George Byers as well. Not messing about.3

Steve Evans... decent early transfer dealings... They're going to be challengers. Don't think they'll lose many games. I equally think they'll be playing very attritional football. Still, better attritional and successful than what we've been served up for 3 years.0

Didn't take Evans long to bring in players there. I wonder whether they were previous Rotherham targets before he arrived, or players he had been targeting for Stevenage?1
-
Good signings for Rotherham so far, no doubt they’ll be up there as usual.1
