Shrewsbury: 236 Apps, 5 Goals (14.2%)
Bristol Rovers: 199 Apps, 10 Goals (19.2%)
Charlton: 196 Apps, 5 Goals (7.8%)
Northampton: 175 Apps, 18 Goals (31.5%)
Leyton Orient: 174 Apps, 11 Goals (20.7%)
Wycombe: 163 Apps, 9 Goals (15%)
Cambridge United: 152 Apps, 21 Goals (53.8%)
Lincoln City: 115 Apps, 14 Goals (21.5%)
Cambridge for example, losing over half of their goals scored this season, when already struggled and just survived shows they've got a real job on to stay up next season. Done it once with Knibbs and Smith leaving last summer, they will find it tough doing it again.3 -

Sticking to my guns (without any kind of ITK info just pure guesswork) that Harry Cornick will be a Charlton player. I have a sneaking suspicion we will have that and Luke Berry confirmed and with scarfy by the end of May3

It wouldn’t surprise me if Wrexham came in with a decent bid for Alfie they like to make a statement5
-
Spoke to some Wrexham fans in a pub recently and they were both absolutely convinced Alfie was joining in the summer!!2

The BBC also reported this week that “Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney say their long-term ambition is to increase the club’s stadium capacity to as much as 55,000”, so that “the whole town could come to the game”. Given that the entire population of the town is only around 45,000 and the County Borough 135,000, that seems rather optimistic.
I can’t see Alfie May leaving over the summer. If he did, we’d have been shorn of our 3 best players last season, following the sale of CBT in January and Dobbo’s imminent departure to Hungary.2 -

They’re not going to get a billionaire to suddenly turn them into a team that gets 30k through the turnstiles every week.
They should ride the wave and enjoy it while it lasts.

Joe Jacobson
D’Mani Mellor
Nathan Shepperd
Jack Wakely
Kane Vincent-Young
Loan players returning to parent clubs:
Chem Campbell
Saxon Earley
Freddie Potts
Dale Taylor
Nigel Lonwijk
Gideon Kodua
163 League apperances, 9 goals
That longwijk looked pretty good as did their other centre back.
Longwijk started 9 games for Wycombe and still managed as many clean sheets as we did in 46 games.
Worth remembering though that he wasn’t an automatic choice for a promotion side in Plymouth last season.
Compared to a bloke we’ve already seen in Charlton colours:
Gillesphey 35 apps (29 starts), Lonwijk 35 apps (28 starts)…0 -

Exactly the type of player we should be looking at and for Jones to make into what he wants. Tall, strong, good experience, won promotion already, ticks a lot of boxes.
He may have started only 28, but they picked up 59 points from those, conceding 32 and keeping 9 clean sheets. Not bad for a 20 year old at the time.9 -

I think you're probably right and I'm probably being overly cynical. In Jones we trust for now at least - the released players list seems to show good signs so hopefully there are equally good signs when players start to come in.0
