2023-24 CL Prediction League Week 29 Results / Semi-Final Cup Draws

@jakecafc deserves special mention this week for being one of the three highest scorers with a splendid 6 points but also for having the worst prediction of the week. In addition,@jakecafc won a Johnstone Paint Prediction Cup Qtr Final replay 6-3 against tough opposition from @Taxi_Lad. In the Prediction Knock-Out Cup replay, mighty @Chippycafc, 2nd in the Premier League, slipped up on a banana skin against @Chicken_Skins with a 4-3 defeat. In a good week for Charlton, appropriately, it was two 'red' competitors that were the other six hitters as @redlanered and @The Red Robin notched 6 points. Not far behind were @Dazzler21, @Karim_myBagheri, @LeeValliant, and @Wellred with a very competent 5 points. At the top of the Premier League, there is still a big bunch chasing the leader, @Chris_from_Sidcup, so there may be plenty of twists and turns ahead, as football pundits like to say. This coming week, it's the semi-final of the Prediction Knock-Out Cup at Wembley, the semi-final of the Johnstones Paint Prediction Cup at Selhurst Park and the semi-final of the EFL Pizza Prediction Cup in Charlton Park.     I feel dirty for benefiting from a 1-0 Millwall win. Indeed I have a horrible feeling that I've gained more points predicting Millwall results than those of any other club  :D

    I know what you mean. It was my first correct score for weeks. When Millwall scored in the last minute to win 1-0, it produced a strange effect in me. Maybe there should be a Prediction League Counselling Service.
