    By the sound of things I'm glad I can't watch the game. 
    We will struggle to keep the Saffers to about 320.
    Probably more if we can't take some quick wickets

    The trouble is that not only is Topley off the pitch but Rashid and Wood, our two best other bowlers, have gone for 40 off 4 overs. The Saffers are content with taking six singles an over off Root which, bizarrely, is actually respite from the rest!

    Topley is out warming up on the sidelines with is finger taped up. I don't think that he will be able to bowl with that on.

    Ball is absolutely smashed by Markram off Wood to Malan at cover. Malan can't keep hold of it but he is probably lucky that the ball didn't do any damage to him.

    He's been bowling at 45mph in order to tempt the Saffers. That's about as slow as any spinner in world class cricket but it is definitely working. So far anyway.
