    Honestly thought that was a ropey decision. Even with DRS that looked like it was doing far too much and double umpires call just makes it worse.

    The win predictor on sky, I assume they are using the host feed has England at 63% while ESPN have England at 34%.

    And if he truly believes that it's the pitch then he should be banging Buttler's head against the wall for batting second because the Afghanistan early batsmen had no trouble whatsoever - they didn't lose a wicket until a third of their innings had been used up with the score on 114 off 16.4

    Wd have a ream full of hitters, not blockers. Against the lesser sides we should be batting first & seeing what score we can get. Not chasing a score; our middle order  trying to judge or nurdle to 280.
