I have done this last night playing football and wondering how long until I can expect to be up and about

About 8 weeks. If treated by Charlton, 6 months.6

Thanks. Is that just to walk about or full recovery? I have a holiday booked for 2 weeks time so was hoping I might be able to at least walk.0

About 8 weeks overall back to sport with correct rehab I would think.You should be walking normally within a week or two. See a physio ASAP.1
