At a normal club, yes.Redmidland said:Whoever our owners are, they need to tie him down to a decent contract....now! He has impressed me to date and 12 pts out of 15 + that superb performance at Old Trafford, surely earns him at least a 18 month contract?1 -
Whatever the accuracy of the report, the job he is doing under challenging circumstances will not be going unoticed.0

Hope he stays. He's a top bloke and could take us far if given the time and resources.Henry Irving said:9 -
If you have a copy of the picture that was in the main directors room, of the team, on the coach going up Floyd Road with the FA cup, give it to him. I ask because I was living there then and some of my family is on the picture. 🤗Henry Irving said:2 -

Have really taken to him as a man as well as a manager hope he stays5

he speaks so well, talks sense and has got the team playing, what's not to like. Whoever owns the club next season I just hope they give him a longer contract.9

One of the best Manager interviews I’ve read for quite sometime…or even longer…🤔,shirty5 said:
he gets us doesn’t he,love the bloke, whoever owns or wants to own our club needs to tie him down to a contract very soon…4 -
For someone that says he doesn't need a new contract and he's comfortable. He doesn't half say it a lot...shirty5 said:
Another interesting interview along with the Huddersfield piece and the Andy Scott quote.0 -
Probably because he's being asked it a lot.SELR_addicks said:

I think that that's the first time I've heard him mention Sandgaard.LargeAddick said:he speaks so well, talks sense and has got the team playing, what's not to like. Whoever owns the club next season I just hope they give him a longer contract.0 -
Wow love this interview. Seriously I vaguely remembered him as a Bolton player and then had to google where he had worked as an assistant/manager. I honestly felt it was the cheapest stop gap option they could find in our current predicament (outside of appointing a current cafc coach) and was very underwhelmed. Not sure anyone has changed my mind so quickly in such a short space of time. Yeah you can be trained or intelligent enough to know the right things to say but it’s just the genuine quality of him as a man and how he seems to just fit and he feels like a manager I can get behind which didn’t think I would say under current ownership. Really do hope we can hang onto him.shirty5 said:2 -
For me, honest is the word I'd use to describe him.FULLERpromise said:

Something in very short supply off the pitch at our club these days, especially if the name is Sandgaard.2 -

He never gave a straight answer to any of my questions at Bromley Addicks (not that I blame him).2 -

Happy to be in the minority but not totally won over by Holden as the manager. Very much want him to be in charge until end of the season, but not desperate for him to get the long term contract. As a club we are crying out for stability but I said about Garner at the start.1

Is it not exhausting existing in a permanent state of snark?SELR_addicks said:Holden lost it now his buddies aren't there?7 -

What's his excuse for Bonne upfront?0 -
In the great scheme of things, does it actually matter who our manager is?SouthWest_Addicks said:Happy to be in the minority but not totally won over by Holden as the manager. Holden could resign tomorrow and Sandgard will find another chump and so it starts again. I like Holden and I liked Garner but I feel no connection to them because I know they’ll be out the door soon enough. And dream on about stability. We haven’t had it for years and it isn’t about to change now.
sorry for the negativity!2 -
So everything Andy Scott said was Gospel all of a sudden?SELR_addicks said:
