It depends on both whether Foakes is available and whether England trust a 18 year old spinner
Foakes missed the Test due to illness but was doing 12th man duty today. The pundits were talking about playing the extra quick to give the walking wounded seamers more respite but quite how you do that and play two front line spinners plus Root and a specialist keeper I'm really not sure!

I'm sure there's a perfectly feasible explanation, but if it gets dark so early in Pakistan, why don't they start an hour earlier?? Is it too dark earlier?0 -
Incredible and I felt a bit emotional about it all at the end was glued listening to them talk about it all , Test wins in Pakistan don’t come every day of the week .
not in a squillion years did I like the declaration on solid sensible cricketing grounds but on ballsy gambling nutty reasons yes loved it .
will they make as ballsy a declaration against the Aussies in the first test of a series or 1 up with 2 to play !!! I don’t think my ticker could take it

How on earth does Jimmy do it. 40 years old, bowling last on one of the flattest pitches he’ll have ever played on and not just pick up wickets but keep his economy so ridiculously low?! All this talk of Ronaldo and Messi having longevity in sport but Jimmy is on another level.10

Robinson did get more top order batsmen out than Jimmy, which might have been a factor. I agree Brook should have got it, for TWO incredible supercharged knocks

Mark Wood replaces Livingstone. Foakes left out.
England clearly see reverse swing as more of a weapon than spin0 -
"The selection is just for this Test," said Stokes. "I'll still keep saying he's the best keeper in the world, so it must sound silly for us to not pick him."

I always thought Ollie Pope was the new Ian Bell. It turns out he's the new Alex Stewart!1

I would be more impressed if Jack Leach started bowling right arm swingers!0

A positively pedestrian 6-0 from the first two overs.
Crawley yet to get off the mark from eight deliveries.0 -

Duckett out for 63 (49)

Think England will be regretting not picking another spinner1

This wont be a draw either.
It's one thing scoring quickley it's another to score quickly & lose wickets even quicker.
We'll be all out before tea for less than 250.0 -
180 runs in the morning session is absolutely bonkers1
