New Premiership proposals for distribution of TV money

I missed this yesterday. Not sure if has been commented on here under another thread. These proposals seem quite radical to me. Could be good news for clubs like Charlton.

    I'm sure more EFL sides would love to loan players

    Feels though, that Premier League sides are getting more and more cheeky by demanding silly loan fees for their players each season, which is in turn encouraging stockpiling - Its a shame that UEFA's loan rules dont count for U23 players.

    The addition of more financial money, just seems another cheap bribe
