All Blacks 22 Ireland 32

The pubs are bursting green with Irish fans celebrating their series win over the All Blacks who have now lost 4 out of their last 5 matches.  It was a horror first half for the ABs who were down 22-3 at half time.  In the end Ireland scored 4 tries to two.

The All Blacks won the first game of the three match series.  Ireland won the second match but the game was marred by yellow cards and a sending off with the All Blacks down to 13 men at one stage.  It was expected that the All Blacks would get things together for the Wellington test especially with Whitelock back in the scrum. It it was not to be.  All Black coach Ian Foster must be on shaky ground.

A great game, with a brilliant result for the boys in green. Hopefully they haven’t peaked a year too early.
Anyway off to the Sutton game, grabbing a Guinness or two on the way.

As an Irishman, with the kind of expectation that will build, I'd say we'll be lucky to get out of the group stage...

But definitely enjoying today (including Johnny Sexton smiling properly, a first in my experience).

All Black fans were seen embracing Irish supporters after the match shaking their hands, slapping them on the back, congratulating them on an historic series win.  And the pubs were full of both sets of fans enjoying the occasion.

Coach Ian Foster was escorted from the stadium under police escort.  He cancelled a scheduled press conference this morning.  All Black bosses described the AB performance as totally unacceptable.
