As usual former ref Peter Walton (Northampton fan) is in the studio for BT
His mood over the last 90 minutes has gone downhill fast.Great TV with the rest of the pundits laughing at him as he has been getting more and more stressed.3 -
They've had to halt play @ Bristol Rovers what with the celebrations after the 7th goal
So if Northampton score, Bristol Rovers might have plenty of time to get an 8th0 -
BR would be gutted if Northampton get a 4th now. Imagine winning 7-0 & not getting promoted.1

That's a ridiculous scoreline Rovers have achieved there. Imagine how glorious the party will be tonight if they go up, or how down they'll be if Northampton score again!2

What makes Rovers promotion even more remarkable is they only got into that position by coming from 3-1 down last week and scoring on 90 and 96 to win 4-3.

Lots of controversy over this one .. yes Scunny have been terrible, BUT Keith Hill selected a VERY weak team including a lot of youth players on/ near debut .. could be that as they will be in the Nat and will lose a lot of current players he was blooding a few .. equally it does stink and Northampton have a right to be furious about this .. still, little or nothing the Cobblers can do about it ..ForeverAddickted said:Cant accuse it of being a fix either... Congrats to Forest Green winning the title in the last ten minutes on goal difference .. new we have the start/finish of the play offs .. I LOVE the play offs though always a bit sorry for the losers, especially in this case if Northampton don't win0
