    Just a quick thought in respect of cfps comment about our takeover friends switching to another club surley the board would have asked that question to the parties concerned in the first palce and received something in writing.

    Also I think everbody knows something is happening and we unfortunatly have to wait any news.

    Apparently it's an Irish based consortium who are in talks with us, with nothing to do with Zabeel or anyone from Dubai. Varney as has been mentioned for weeks is acting as a mediator to both parties. And if all goes well we should hear something by late next week.

    I have it on good authority that it's not Irishmen, not Arabs and not Japanese businessmen who want to buy us.....but a group of tribesmen from the Okobango Delta in Botswana. Apparently the reason it is taking a while to get announced is because they have no discernable language and communicate in clicks.

    Originally there was an Irish party interested but they went to visit the tribesmen along with Peter Varney and were promptly killed and eaten.
