George Elek really raving about Scott Fraser, says that at his best he's one of the best ball playing midfielders in the division and he was surprised that when he moved to MK Dons he didn't get a Championship move. Did mention that the issue with him has been his mobility, but in his interview, Fraser said he's been working on that.

Why do some Charlton fans say Fraser and Gilbey are similar ?
Gilbey has great mobility but average passing and Fraser can be a great passer but not the fastest around the pitch.
