Now I watched all the other series back to back, I watched the film The Immortal, but I probably could’ve done with a catch-up of the last episode of the previous series. I found myself thinking, ‘Who’s she again?’1

What language is it in? I have see a trailer on IMDB and even the subtitles aren't in Englishbolloxbolder said:
Have to say I agree. Really enjoyed the show but only watched 3 episodes of the current series and couldn't be bothered to continue.PrincessFiona said:
Watched all episodes so far but have lost interest as feel it is just more of the same. Not sure I'm even bothered how it endsChris_from_Sidcup said:Last 5 final episodes of Money Heist are now on Netflix
Swedish Series Box 21 on All 4 is worth a watch.
I might re-watch some of the early episodes in Spanish with English subtitles and then with no subtitles as I'm learning Spanish0 -
We’ve been watching this. There are two seasons. Don’t think it needs another one. It’s ok, but a couple of things are a bit daft:Big_Bad_World said:Anyone invested any time in to 'See', the Jason Momoa series. Am an episode in and liking it so far.
Premise is that humankind has been reduced to 2 million people, all of which have lost the ability to see. Until, that is, twins are born with sight. The queen’s voice is fucking infuriating. I’ve read that the actress (Sylvia Hoeks) did it deliberately to demonstrate that, in a world with no vision, voice tone is everything and the queen needs to display an aloofness while also being mysterious. All very well, but it’s like nails down a fucking blackboard.
Also, Jason Momoa walks around like a chimp all the time. He’s supposed to be showing an awareness of his surroundings or something, but nobody else does it. Even the numerous other blind badasses in the show. If they wanted an ape impersonator they should’ve got Andy Serkis in.1 -
Spanish. Keep it in spanish but with english subtitles.PrincessFiona said:

I watched Walking with….Jim Moir ( Vic Reeves ) last Saturday morning on Beeb2 and thought it was the most chilled out bit of TV I’ve ever seen. Half an hour of Jim walking in Kent with a selfie stick to film his meandering's was probably the best bit of escapism over 30 mins I have seen on the telly.3

David o’doherty cycling with others was the same vibe. Positive nonsense but lots of giggling. Would love another series. Will check out Vic walking as sounds like something we’d love.1

Walking with Jim Muir was interesting as he walked past a couple of places I didn’t know existed but are right on the doorstep. Plus he went to Dungeness, one of my favourite places for some reason.0

Yeah, finished them as well. I was shouting ‘Sh*tting hell!’ at the telly a lot.SuedeAdidas said:

yep, will enjoy that over Christmas, will make a change from the dark and grisly Scandi stuff I usually watch. Speaking of which, I really like Witch Hunt (All4) which you reccoed, not least because it is extremely tense, but no human being is physically harmed in the narrative, apart from a car crash. Though I am saving the final episode. One problem I had with it is the usual one with Norway or Denmark, the small pool of actors. I'd just finished Home Ground, the brilliant football drama, and no less than three prominent members of the Varg FC squad are also prominent in Witch Hunt. 🤣bolloxbolder said:
Algiers Confidential (SBS) suffered from a poor final episode. Red Election (SBS) is pretty good but somehow disjointed, and a bit derivative of Spooks. I'm starting Furia on SBS, another Norwegian dark politics one. Will report.1 -
Been enjoying the Girl Before but partly because I'd read the book, so it's interesting to see what others think of it.bolloxbolder said:
I have spent a good proportion of it thinking why would you not just move out?!

My recommendation back in 2013, Adobe Revel, went onto become the basis for the cloud based storage version of Adobe Lightroom.
Which I’d also recommend if photography and accessing your images on all devices is of interest to you.1 -

If you've not seen any of the others I recommend the Chris Packham one. Really interesting and speaks so openly about his struggles with mental health issues. Also enjoyed the Alastair Campbell one too.1StevieG said:I watched Walking with….Jim Moir ( Vic Reeves ) last Saturday morning on Beeb2 and thought it was the most chilled out bit of TV I’ve ever seen.
