I wonder how far off a Papa John's squad place the likes of Kanu and Anderson are? I guess Kanu unlikely until he signs a contract though (assuming he hasn't yet as no announcement I have seen).0

His vocabulary is almost as a good as his good scoring.I did laugh at this bit:"After some brilliant work by me on the right wing, I sent a beautiful curling cross with my left foot towards the back post"Not short of confidence is he?5 -

Kanu was only 17 in November so definitely not this season. He will no doubt play U23 soon to see how he makes that leap from playing with U18 youth football to playing U23 football where in a game recently for Bristol city, Nathan Baker was the CB playing a game when recovering from an injury against an Academy foundation. 17 year old striker going from playing against lads your own age to a 30 year old CB with premier and Championship games is a tough gig.
I rated Burstow as soon as I saw him play last season, I haven't seen enough of Kanu to judge yet but coaches, and players have told me he is a natural goal scorer and has proved that at every level he has played at so far.

Only seen Kanu once down at Worthing and he played out of position as a right winger with Miles Leaburn as the striker . Looks absolutely rapid and took his goal well.
Would be surprised if he plays much 23s as Sam said , unless Burstow is now going to be permanently with the first team.0 -
