2021-22 CL Prediction League Week 9 Results

I don't want to start a clamour for me to replace Nigel Adkins as Charlton manager, but I think it's fair to say that my pep talk last week had an amazing effect. You may recall that I encouraged those having a bad start in this year's Prediction League not to give up hope. It is clear that this call to arms inspired @Addickted. After 8 weeks, @Addickted held the unwanted title of the longest streak of scoring 1 or less - in fact, all 8 weeks to date. Fortified by my message, @Addickted scored a magnificent 7 points in a difficult week. @MrLargo scored a highly commendable 6 points but will regret putting his faith in Karl Robinson for that elusive 10 point score.

@Rossman92 keeps up the streak of scoring 2+ every week so far and sits in 13th place in the Premier League. Although @56yearsofdreams is at the top of the Premier League, a rare off-week means that the pack behind are closing in. Anyway, that's enough from me; my phone is ringing.
