Found this a really fascinating insight into modern coaching techniques and philosophy. I dread to think how Nigel Adkins’ training ground sessions compare.

    Fascinating. I think you do have to factor in the technical ability of the players though. I doubt the very tight pitches and passing without time to think would be of very much help to the vast vast majority of players outside the Premier League.
