In a former life, me and hundreds of work colleagues lived our phys' lives in Ron Hill gear, especially the UK shorts. Many moons ago, after a specific 'tour', we all went to Ibeza. It seemed that the whole beach was made up of clusters of UK shorts!
I remember reading that he never missed a day without running, even at airports.
