No goals for Millar, although he may have been subbed at half-time.
I suspect that we might make a bid for the No.5 from the Cayman Islands.

Bad day at the office beach for the Cayman Islands3

Canada didn't find their visit to the Cayman Islands too taxing...1

Canada didnt even have Jonathan David in their team
The final round of Qualifying will be tough as Mexico, United States, Costa Rica etc. await but top three will qualify for the World Cup directly with the fourth placed team going up against a team either from Asia, South America or Oceania in a two legged Play-Off but Canada with the team they've got, really should be in with a shout now!!0 -
I wonder if our very own Cayman_Island_Addick was at the game?0

How are Cayman Islands above San Marino in the Fifa rankings?0

So how exactly did he "help" his team thrash a team 11-0. He didnt score & apparently no assists either. I expect if he didnt play & Canada only played with 10 men they'd have still won comfortably.clive said:
Really don't see what Millar gets out of tbh.0 -
The Caymans need to get a lot more snappy in their play

Probably because there are more teams at their level in CONCACAF than there are in Europe for San Marinohoof_it_up_to_benty said:How are Cayman Islands above San Marino in the Fifa rankings?
https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/ranking-table/men/#UEFA (only six ranked lower than 150 in Europe)
https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/ranking-table/men/#CONCACAF (nineteen ranked lower than 150 in CONCACAF)
CONCACAF usually do a staggered Qualification route with the shite teams getting whittled down long before facing the likes of Mexico or United States, rather than throwing them all in together in ten Groups in a single round like what we have here in Europe

Curious to see how the bottom ranked teams in Europe would fare against their counterparts elsewhere in the world.ForeverAddickted said:

The Nations League has been very good for the better European minnows, as it gets them a chance to actually play games which they can win.ForeverAddickted said:

San Marino need someone even smaller to have a team, say the Vatican City!1 -
Seems its been beneficial for the CONCACAF Nations as well, take Montserrat for examplekillerandflash said:

Just the two wins and two draws up until 2018 since they became a FIFA Member
Five wins and four draws from 2018 onwards, when the Nations League began... In fact they've only lost three games all coming against the same opposition (El Salvador) who they drew with the other day0 -
The Cayman Islands every day -long white sandy beaches and amazing food, with a bit of culture thrown in. I find Canada a bit dull and, particularly in winter, a bit cold.
Oops, sorry, I thought this was the 2021 Holiday thread.
