Has Bowyer lost it?

Dreamt of a bright future and promotions under Bowyer but it’s not going to happen. Please just resign now.1
-
Jason Euell to take over until the end of the season with the caveat that he still retains his role in the U23's even if we get relegated:)5

Can’t believe this is my first comment on this thread.Yes he has, probably can be traced back to the Lyle & Solly shitshow as we’ve been a dreary negative turd licking team since about then1

If that’s the case , they should all be sacked alongside the manager. Downing tools because you don’t like the coach seems an accepted part of modern football. If we did that in our jobs, we’d be fired in weeks.Gravesend_Addick said:Chucks red card

Surely a Caretaker is the way to go now! I can’t see how this can be turned around. This season or in the close season. Surely all confidence in Bowyer has gone. Today’s performance is a new low and that’s saying a lot with what’s been going on lately.0

If your manager every week tells you how bad you are and that you aren't fit to wear the shirt, would you be motivated to win for him?wmcf123 said:

No but I’d have to keep doing my job properly until I could find another one.SELR_addicks said:

I think he actually WILL be sacked.1

What if you are thrown onto the pitch disorganised every week against a team that knows exactly how they want to play?wmcf123 said:

Do you honestly feel sorry for the players ? I’m struggling to stick up for Bowyer but it’s unacceptable for the players to down tools as they are . They are paid professionals.SELR_addicks said:

So you’d behave poorly on purpose? That doesn’t achieve anything. As bad as Bowyer has been with decisions, there’s still no excuse for the players poor decision making.SELR_addicks said:

Yep, must have been close before, then we lost like that today.NapaAddick said:I think he actually WILL be sacked.
He'll go now surely.1 -
Here we go -always somebody else’s fault1

Exactly . It seems accepted by the modern football fan that if the players don’t like the manager, it’s ok for them not to try . Baffling.stoneroses19 said:

It's the officials fault this week. Fuck off!!0
-
Bow just said - "Officials killed us"
Delusional1 -
This is just humiliating, it took him a matter of seconds to blame everything on the officials. What a joke of a man.4
-
Listening to him, makes me hate the bloke. He's got to go.4

Been saying for weeks that its baffling how fans continue to ignore the simple mistakes from playerswmcf123 said:

They're grown adults, the players, they need to take responsibility for their actions and yet because its always and only ever the Manager in the public eye they get away with it. Yes sometimes the comments from Bowyer has been harsh but they continuously get away with it at every club, not just at Charlton because people think that the Manager should be telling them what to do every single minute of the game7 -
Aneke’s red was apparently the “worst decision” he’s ever seen.
How about your decision to bring on 4 subs at half time. That was pretty special.6 -

He has too much of an ego to not do that interview. Like I said he blames everyone/everything but himself. Not a good trait at all. No wonder the players are losing discipline because the manager condones their behaviour.1

You can sit here happy with the results and excuses pal. I'm a Charlton fan, not a Bowyer fan. He got us promoted, big fucking whoop. Immediately relegated and now fucking our club up. I'm loyal to the club, not your fucking mancrush.wmcf123 said:

God didnt think it could get any worse, that press conference somehow reached a new low2

Calling out Washington now too... This interview is absolutely diabolical.1

Its equally a risk from the players as how do they know the next bloke will even want them around - If I was a Manager going into a new club then during negotiations I'd be looking back at these games and watching these performances, and I'd be questioning the individuals, as if they can do this to Bowyer they could do it to me if things dont go well so I'd say bye bye to them7 -
Minto almost telling him to play a settled side for 6 games.
This interview is a farce, no self reflection ever. You are the problem man.18
